We were in Rome for only two days and wanted to make the most of our limited time. After some research, we chose the "Rome in 1 Day" tour with Sylvia — and it turned out to be the best decision of our trip.

The summer heat was already intense by 10 a.m., and we were beyond grateful for the comfortable, air-conditioned minivan that whisked us from site to site. What could have been a hot, exhausting day turned into a seamless and fascinating experience. Sylvia greeted us with a warm smile and immediately made us feel relaxed. Her knowledge of Roman history is remarkable, but what impressed us most was the way she paced the tour and adapted it to our needs — a real professional. In one day, we saw far more than we ever expected. We visited the classics — the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain — and even made time for a panoramic stop with a spectacular view of the city (one of those “postcard” moments we’ll never forget). Thanks to the car, we also reached the Appian Way and explored the catacombs in peace and quiet. That part of the tour was haunting and beautiful — walking those ancient paths with Sylvia’s gentle narration felt like traveling back in time. This wasn’t just a checklist of landmarks — it was a true immersion into Rome’s spirit, made possible by a guide who cares deeply about her city and her guests.
Thank you, Sylvia, for a thoughtful, well-organized, and deeply memorable day. We’ll be recommending you to all our friends!
