This was our first trip to Rome, and we knew we wanted to visit the Vatican - but we had no idea how overwhelming it could be.Thank goodness for Sylvia!

From the moment we met her outside the entrance, she was warm, funny, and totally on top of things. She helped us skip the massive line, prepped us on etiquette (very helpful), and made us feel at ease right away. Now… the Vatican Museums? They’re huge. But with Sylvia leading the way, it felt more like walking through a storybook than a museum. Her way of explaining art is seriously unmatched - she made the Raphael Rooms pop with humor and context, and gave us goosebumps in front of the School of Athens. And then came the Sistine Chapel... wow. She gave us all the background before we entered, so when we finally stepped inside, we knew what to look for and why it mattered. We stood there in awe, whispering to each other about details she pointed out just minutes before. It was one of those travel moments you never forget. St. Peter’s Basilica was the grand finale, and again, Sylvia’s stories — about Michelangelo, the architecture, even the tombs - made it all come alive. This tour could’ve easily felt like a big tourist checklist, but thanks to Sylvia, it was intimate, meaningful, and unforgettable.

10/10 recommend for couples or anyone wanting more than just a "look and move on" experience.

With gratitude from two very happy travelers.
